Retreats are currently held at the Ramada, Waupaca WI

 Retreats include:

• 49 Hours of Cropping Time - Crop room open 24/7
• Doors open Friday at 1:00 PM - Crop ends at 1:00 PM on Sunday
• NEW in 2024 - 4th additional day is added to each retreat 
• Large personal Cropping Space (full 6'-8' table per person, unless 2 are sharing a table)
• Electricity to each table
• Free current Close to My Heart Idea Book/Catalogs
• Free Make N Takes throughout the weekend
• Games and Prizes
• On-site Shopping from Close To My Heart

We have a block of rooms reserved at the Hotels under Paper Party Scrapbook. Please book your room in a timely manner; the block is released 1 month prior to the event.

             

No food will be provided.
You may bring a personal snack, but not snacks to share with the group, in the cropping room.

Paper Party Scrapbook Retreat Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations prior to our events are non-refundable

Any Cancellations Prior to Event: Cancellations received two weeks prior to the beginning of the Weekend Scrapbook Event will be offered the option of moving to a scheduled Weekend Scrapbook Retreat within the same year. Only a ONE-weekend move is permissible. If you are unable to attend the Weekend Scrapbook Retreat you choose, you will not receive a refund of any monies.

Two Weeks Prior to Event: Cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to the beginning of the event will not receive a refund of any monies nor can they move to the next Weekend Scrapbook Retreat. NO EXCEPTIONS. Unfortunately, due to various reasons for cancellations, we cannot define which cancellation clarification is more prevalent than another’s; therefore, we need to be consistent with our policy, and any cancellation prior to 2 weeks before our event is non-refundable.

• Cancellations must be received in writing either by e-mail, text, or mail. The date we receive the cancellation is the actual cancellation date.
• If you are able to fill your spot with another guest, you may arrange between yourself and that person the exchange of the money.
• We reserve the right to cancel a Weekend Scrapbook Retreat if there is not a minimum of 20 people. If that happens, we will refund your money.
